About the department

In absentia  department of the institute is closely related to the history of the institute, and  it is part of the Karshi branch of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, which was established on the basis of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 28, 2019 No. 437 Since September, the External Department has started its activities. In the 2020-2021 academic year, for the first time, 4, namely "Water management and land reclamation", "Using hydraulic facilities and pumping stations", "Agricultural mechanization" and "Land cadastre and land use" education 346 young people were admitted to the ranks of students due to the high demand in the region for the form of in absentia  education for the 200 quotas allocated according to the directions.

In accordance with the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the establishment of the national research university "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" approved by Decree No. and the in absentia Department continued its activities within this institution.

During the 2021-2022 academic year admission processes, 712 students were admitted in 8 educational fields.

Based on the need for personnel in the region, 564 students will be enrolled in 10 educational fields by the admission processes of the 2022-2023 academic year, and 13 educational institutions by the 2023-2024 academic year. 804 students were admitted. As of today, 2364 students, 2015 boys and 349 girls from all regions and territories of our Republic are studying in the in absentia department in total of 13 educational areas, 30 of them are on the basis of state grants and 2334 are He is studying on a contract basis.

During the 2022-2023 academic year, for the first time, admission to the second specialty (form of in absentia) was launched in the in absentia department, and 11 applicants were admitted to the ranks of students of the second higher education. done. As of today, a total of 18 students are studying in the second specialty (form of in absentia education).

Educational processes for students of the in absentia department of the institute are approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 21.11.2017 "On the approval of regulations on the procedure for organizing in absentia (special in absentia) and evening (shift) education in a higher educational institution "Regulation on the procedure for organizing in absentia (special in absentia) education in a higher educational institution" approved by Resolution No. 930, as well as Resolution No. 824 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 31, 2020 It is being organized based on the requirements of the Regulation "On the procedure for introducing the credit-module system into the educational process in higher education institutions" approved based on Annex 1.

The educational processes of students of the in absentia form of education are organized according to the schedule of the approved educational process during the academic year in terms of the approved schedule of courses and semesters, and regular notifications are sent to students about this.

Constant updates are given for students to use the Hemis system and to monitor the institute's web page and pages on social networks. At the beginning of the academic year, all students are introduced to the institute's internal rules and etiquette.

In the in absentia department, the learning indicators of students are constantly analyzed. As of today, the students' learning rate is 98.9 percent.
