Information about the department

By the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 437 dated May 28, 2019, the Karshi branch of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers was established. The "Monitoring and internal control" department within the branch started its activities on September 4, 2019. I. Nematov joined the department in 2019-2020; From January 2021, J. Sagdiyev is leading.

By the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 10, 2021 "On measures to fundamentally improve the system of training engineers for economic sectors based on innovation and digitization" PQ-42 "Tashkent Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Institute of Engineers, Karshi Branch" was established on the basis of the Karshi Irrigation and Agro-Technology Institute, and according to the structure of the institute, from May 5, 2022, the name of the "Monitoring and internal control department" is the department "Working with the appeals of natural and legal entities, control and monitoring" was renamed.

The Department of Working with Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities, Control and Monitoring performs its activities:

 

- Resolution No. 12 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 12, 1999 "On measures to strengthen executive discipline";

 

Resolution No. 140 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 29, 1999 "On the approval of regulatory documents on the organization of work and executive control in state power and management bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

- Procedure for organizing work with documents and monitoring the state of executive discipline in ministries, state committees, agencies, economic associations, their structural and territorial units (promulgated by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan on August 28, 2009, 11 - approved by No. 10);

- UzDSt 1157-2008, USD SORD was compiled in accordance with the requirements for formalization of documents, organization of work and work with documents and control over their execution at the Institute of Karshii-Irrigation and Agro-Technology, and strictly followed the Regulations of the department leads without.

"Working with the appeals of natural and legal entities, control and monitoring" department, the implementation of the tasks defined in the national personnel training program, the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, presidential decrees, decisions, orders, decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Oliy was established in order to control and analyze the implementation of the orders and decisions of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, the issues raised in the appeals of individuals and legal entities, and the decisions of the Council of the Institute, the orders of the Director of the Institute.

At the same time, the virtual lobby of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the virtual lobby of the director of the institute monitor applications.

The main task of the department:

Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, decisions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions of the Board of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, ministerial orders, assignments and monitoring and control of documents and decisions of the Council of the Institute, appeals of individuals and legal entities, orders and assignments of the director of the institute, preparation of monthly and quarterly reports to the Ministry and providing information to the Council of the Institute on this main task. In addition to the above, information about the status of weekly executive discipline is also provided at the "Rector's meeting" held by the director of the institute every week.

 

A number of works have been carried out in these main tasks

The electronic document exchange program edo.ijro.uz electronic document exchange platform was introduced in our institute in 2023 in order to ensure and facilitate the timely control of the execution of all legal documents from higher organizations. As a result, red tape and enforcement officers were prevented from spending excessive time.

Attendance of students at our institute is constantly monitored by the faculties.
