About the department

In March 2023, the department of scientific works, innovations and training of scientific and pedagogical personnel was established at the institute.

 

Mardonov Sherzod Halilovich was appointed head of the department based on the order of the rector of the institute No. 49k dated May 1, 2023. By August 2023, according to the order of the rector of the institute No. 46k dated August 12, Kiyomov Dilshod Kholmurodovich was appointed as the head of the department. The department currently has 2 staff units (head of the department and 1 class engineer).

The main activity of the department

 

By ensuring effective integration of science, education and production, in cooperation with interested organizations, conduct research on fundamental, practical and innovation projects and implement their results into practice, solve scientific and technical tasks in cooperation with research institutes. is to organize the effective use of the potential of the existing institute in the implementation of oriented practical and innovative research. In addition, the department includes the organization of strengthening the material and technical base, increasing its scientific and scientific-pedagogical potential, and the wide use of scientific achievements in the training of highly qualified competitive personnel.

At the institute, applicants are conducting research in the form of 17 basic doctoral studies and 1 independent research in 2 specialties.

          06.01.02- There are 5 of the 1st-year basic doctoral students, 4 of the  2nd-year basic doctoral students and 1 of the 1st-year independent researchers in the field of reclamation and irrigation agriculture.

          07.05.01 - There are 5 of the 1st-year basic doctoral students, 3 of the  2nd-year basic doctoral students in the field of agriculture and land reclamation machines, mechanization of agriculture and land reclamation.

POSITIONS OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH, INNOVATION AND SCIENTIFIC PEDAGOGICAL STAFF TRAINING DEPARTMENT:

  • Organization of the department's activities and employee engagement;
  • Drawing up work plans of the department and ensuring their execution;
  • Ensuring the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education and health care, Presidential Decrees, Orders, Decisions, Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Board Decisions, orders, orders of the rector of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education ;
  • Delivering the content of decrees and decisions adopted by the President and Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan to clinical coordinators;
  • Submit proposals to the rector on the conclusion of beneficial cooperation agreements between the institute and enterprises, organizations, private enterprises and firms;
  • Preparation of a report on the scientific and research work carried out at the institute in the prescribed manner and submission to the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education with the signature of the rector;
  • Organization of work to improve the efficiency of creation of monographs, textbooks, educational, scientific-methodological manuals and other literature as a result of scientific research by professors-teachers of the institute at the level of contemporary requirements;
  • Controlling the formalization of the personal collective file of clinical ordinators admitted to clinical residency according to the quota set by the Ministry of Health;
  • Forming the educational processes of clinical residents, controlling the structure of lesson schedules;
  • Controlling the implementation of spiritual, educational and cultural events among clinical residents based on the approved plan;
  • Organization of acceptance of documents from applicants to the senior research staff and independent researchers in the prescribed manner and formation of entrance exams for them.
  • Implementation of introduction of dissertation topics of senior research staff and independent researchers for approval at Council meetings.
  • Organization of senior research staff and independent researchers to pass minimum candidacy exams.
  • Organization of semi-annual and annual certifications for senior researchers and independent researchers.
  • Coordinating the work of the Council of Young Scientists;
  • Timely and quality performance of the tasks of the rector of the institute and the vice-rector for scientific affairs.
  • Thorough knowledge of information and communication technologies;
  • Compliance with the internal rules of the institute, rules of etiquette and dress code.
