Position duties of the chairman of the trade union:

- The trade union committee of employees and students of Karshi institute of irrigation and agrotechnologies of the National Research University" Tashkent Institute of irrigation and agricultural mechanization engineers " (KUQ) is organized according to the Charter and structural structure of the Institute and operates according to the collective agreement. Currently, the institute operates in cooperation with the administration of the institute under the orders of the KUQ collective agreement, the Charter of the Council of the City Division against the trade union of Education and Science Workers of Uzbekistan(charter), as well as higher trade union organizations. The institute is composed of the United Trade Union chairman and 2 faculty union chairmen and 3 permanent audit commissions. They conduct their work according to an approved plan.

- A collective agreement was signed between the administration of the Institute and KUQ, aimed at ensuring the social, economic and legal interests of members of the community. The execution of these collective bargaining agreement clauses has been regularly monitored. In Uzbekistan, the establishment of a democratic society and civil society, deepening economic-political, cultural and spiritual, social reforms in life, wide opportunities are being created to protect the socio-economic rights and aspirations of trade unions.

- The Union Committee of employees and students of  Karshi institute of irrigation and agrotechnologies of the National Research University" Tashkent Institute of irrigation and agricultural mechanization Engineers " has developed a collective agreement, necessary regulations and programs in cooperation with the employer to carry out its activities. From year to year, the number of members of the trade union committee is growing. The trade union committee of employees and students of Karshi institute of  irrigation and agrotechnologies of the National Research University" Tashkent Institute of irrigation and agricultural mechanization engineers " is part of the Council of the City Division against the trade union of education and Science Workers of Uzbekistan.

- The main goals and objectives of the trade union committee of employees and students of Karshi institute of irrigation and agrotechnologies of the National Research University" Tashkent Institute of irrigation and agricultural mechanization engineers

- The main purpose of the trade union is to protect the rights of trade union members ' Labor, socio-economic aspirations, spiritual-mental, as well as the rights of their family members.

- Employees and students of Karshi institute of irrigation and agrotechnologies of the National Research University" Tashkent Institute of irrigation and mechanization engineers " main areas of activity of the trade union committee:

- Participation in the development of legal and other regulatory documents on the protection of mental and freedom rights of members of the trade union committee;

- Exercise of collective control over labor law;

- Conclusion of collective agreements and elimination of disagreements in labor activity;

- Joint cultural and educational activities with union members;

- To carry out work on the restoration of the health of union members and their children, involvement in physical education and sports;

- Trade union to cooperate with social and non-governmental organizations, trade unions of foreign countries and establish international relations.

 - The composition of the trade union committee of employees and students of the Institute of counter-irrigation and agrotechnologies of the National Research University" Tashkent Institute of irrigation and agricultural mechanization engineers:

- The conference is the Supreme body of the Trade Union Committee and it is held every five years.

- The trade union committee is the governing body between conferences and is elected for a term of five years.

- At the conference, the chairman of the trade union committee, Deputies, committee members and members of the Audit Commission are elected.

- The Presidium of employees of the trade union committee, the plenum participate in ensuring the implementation of the decisions of the conference.

- The funds of the trade union committee are formed at the expense of the monthly contribution of the members.

- Membership fees are set at least 1% of monthly salaries.
