About the department

Education Quality Control Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 515 of July 18, 2017 "On the Organization of the State Inspection of Education Quality Control under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was established in accordance with paragraph 14 of the decision and is directly part of the institute.

To the order of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 27, 2023 No. 72 "On improving the activities of the Departments of Educational Quality Control in State Higher Education Institutions" is organized in accordance with, and directly determines the status, main purpose, tasks, rights and obligations of the department of educational quality control within the institution, as well as the procedure for organizing its activities.

    The department has been operating since the establishment of the institute. From 2019 to 2021, O. Pirimov worked as the head of the department and Z. Sherboyev worked as the chief specialist. From 2021 until now, I. Shirinov has been working as the head of the department, and M. Rasulov has been working as the chief specialist.

The main purpose of the department

The main goal of the Education Quality Control (EQC) department is to study and analyze the compliance of the knowledge of the students of the Institute of Karshi Irrigation and Agro-Technologies of TIAME NRU with state educational standards, monitor the quality of personnel training, organization of internal attestation and, based on its results, identification of factors that negatively affect the quality of education, as well as taking measures to eliminate and prevent them.

The main tasks of the EQC department are as follows:

- analysis of the provision and mutual compatibility of educational areas and specialties with state educational standards (SET), qualification requirements, curricula and science programs, working curricula and working programs of science;

- To study the quality of the educational process of the Karshi Institute of Irrigation and Agrotechnologies of TIAME NRU, the level of its provision of educational literature and teaching-methodical materials;

- participation as an observer in the process of evaluating students' knowledge;

- to study the impartiality and transparency of the processes and results of student knowledge assessment;

- conducting additional control work to determine the knowledge of students on a sample basis (the result of this control is not reflected in the student's mastery index), analyzing the results, organizing the processes of determining the factors that affected the quality of education;

-Participation in the optimization of the lesson schedules formed by the Deans of the Institute of Irrigation and Agro-Technology of the TIAME NRU;

- analyzing the lessons of each subject and providing information to the director of the Institute of Anti-Irrigation and Agro-Technology of TIAME NRU;

- monitoring student attendance and professors' attitude to classes;

- preparing analytical data on the results of the assessment and reporting on their results to the council of the Institute of Irrigation and Agro-Technology of the Institute of Irrigation and Agro-Technology of the TIAME NRU and to the director's meeting;

- to get acquainted with the documents of final state certification commissions in order to study the level of knowledge of graduates;

- organization of monitoring and control of the quality of education and personnel training based on organizational-legal and methodical instructions;

- Organization of internal attestation of the Institute of Irrigation and Agrotechnologies and presenting the results of the internal attestation and the information on the factors affecting the quality of education to the rector of the MTU of the Institute of Irrigation and Agro-Technology and the State Inspection;

- monitoring the state of the indicators that determine the quality of education, making suggestions to the director of the Institute of Irrigation and Agrotechnologies of the Institute of Irrigation and Agro-Technology of the National Technical University of Moscow State University in relation to the identified problems and shortcomings;

- to analyze the effectiveness of using modern methods and techniques in the process of improving the qualifications of professors and teachers in order to improve the quality of education;

- To analyze the compatibility of the basic data of professors and teachers of the Institute of Irrigation and Agro-Technology of TIAME NRU with the subject(s) they teach, or that they have undergone retraining in accordance with the procedure established by law, or have a scientific title, degree in a suitable specialty to study and report the conclusions to the director of the Institute of Karshi Irrigation and Agro-Technology of TIQXMMI MTU;

- analyzing the state of the material and technical base of the educational process, making suggestions for its development and improvement;

- Organization of the Karshi Irrigation and Agrotechnologies Institute of TIAME NRU taking into account educational directions and specializations of students' practice and control of its effectiveness;

-Participation in the processes related to determining the rating, evaluation, attestation and study of the quality of education of the Institute of  Karshi TIAME NRU;

-Continuously conducting social surveys among students, parents, professors and staff consumers in order to improve the social environment, training and quality of education at the Karshi Institute of Irrigation and Agrotechnologies of TIAME NRU;

- Participation in the process of social surveys conducted among professors and teachers and consumers of personnel in order to study the social environment, personnel training and quality of education at the Karshi Irrigation and Agrotechnologies Institute of TIAME NRU, developing recommendations based on the results exit;

- participation in the analysis of graduates entering the next stage of education or employment;

- constant study of innovations related to the control of the quality of education in the republic and foreign countries and development of recommendations for their implementation in the educational process;

- Active participation in the development and implementation of measures aimed at raising the rating of the Institute of Irrigation and Agrotechnologies of the Institute  of the National Technical University of Moscow State University together with the management of the higher education institution;

- Institute of Karshi Irrigation and Agrotechnologies of TIAME NRU aimed at increasing the quality of education and holding educational seminars and trainings in cooperation with relevant structural structures;

- Forming a base of internal public experts at the Institute of Irrigation and Agro-Technology of the National Technical University of Moscow State University and regularly holding seminars within the framework of the tasks assigned to them;

- making suggestions on the integration of cooperation between the educational process and production, on the expansion of innovative ideas, development and technologies;

- Providing information on the results of studies and monitoring carried out by the EQC department on the improvement of the quality of education at the Council of the Institute of Irrigation and Agrotechnologies of Karshi Irrigation and Agrotechnologies of TIAME NRU, at roundtable discussions and conferences;

- to present appropriate proposals to the management of the institute based on the results of the study of the quality of education.
